Delivery Time
shop.nsw orders received by agencies either by email notification or raised in the Administration System will be processed within 2 working days.
Delivery will depend on the schedule of your postal service. Within Australia, this is normally within two weeks.
For orders unable to be processed, agencies will respond to the customer by email that same day or within 2 days if product availability is unsure.
Agencies will report on the progress of an order, including information on publications which are out of stock. This will be done within 2 working days.
