This sign can only be displayed, if:
1. An application has been approved by the Casino, Liquor and Gaming Control Authority for a primary service authorisation at your venue since 1 July 2008.
or
2. Your restaurant or nightclub held a Dine or Drink Authority on 30 June 2008, granted by the Licensing Court of NSW under previous liquor laws.
