Education Monograph 1
This publication contains a series of essays on judicial independence. It focuses on a discussion of two issues. Firstly, the capacity of the judiciary to perform their designated function free from actual or apparent interference from the government of the day. Secondly, why the work of judges and the courts generally is not better understood by the community.
