There are 6 Steps in completing your purchase. To Checkout you must be a Member first and select the Shopping Basket or Checkout link in the top right corner of your screen.
||At the Shopping Basket page, you can remove unwanted items by selecting the Remove button. Alternatively, you can adjust the quantity then select Update Shopping Basket to see the changes you have made. Once done, select the Check out now button.
||The Purchase Summary displays the details of the items to be purchased. If you are not already logged in, please log in or register a new account with shop.NSW. Once logged in, select the Continue button to proceed to the next step.
||The Delivery and Contact Details page displays your existing details. Please confirm all your details and select Continue if you do not have any International / Special Delivery requirements.
||If you have selected International / Special Delivery a pop-up window will appear. Enter your details and select the Submit button.
||The Payment Option displays the total cost of each item. Please select your payment method of Credit Card, Phone or Post/Fax.
||If you have selected to pay by Credit Card, please fill in your details and select Pay Now.
||The Confirmation screen displays the item(s) to be purchased including the delivery and payment details. Please confirm all your details and select Confirm Purchase.
||If you have selected to pay by Post/Fax, a pop-up window will appear containing the purchase order details. Print this page, fill it out and post or fax it to us.
||If you have selected to Pay by Phone, a pop-up window will appear containing the purchase order details. Please phone the number which appears on the pop-up order form to finalise your purchase.
||The Tax Invoice screen signifies the completion of your purchase. If you have other incomplete items with different fulfilling Agencies then a message will be displayed at the top of the screen. Select Click here to finalise the remaining items.
